    Can I buy a ticket at the door?

    No, tickets will not be sold at the door. We are sold out, if you are still interested in attending please join the waitlist.

    What are my parking options for that night?

    Valet parking is $20 and very limited, Self-parking is $12 at the hotel. Entrance is located at the North side of 8th Street between S. Hope and S. Flower Streets)

    Will there be babysitting?

    Yes, childcare can be purchased online or at the event.

    What is the minimum age to enter the event?

    Yes, children under the age of 11 will not be permitted inside the banquet hall. Childcare will be provided for them and can be purchased online or can be bought at the event.

    Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

    Yes. It will expedite your check-in.

    What is the dress code?

    Formal attire, please.

    Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

    Is there assigned seating?

    Yes. For accommodation of special requests, please email mediaawards@mpac.org or call 323-258-6722 at least one week before the event (before Friday, April 20).

    Can I get a refund on my ticket?

    Yes. You can request a refund until Friday, April 20. You will be charged processing fees.
